Most clothing doesn't improve Perception so it's most unique for a mod.

I currently have 3 mods on the armor I was thinking of doing the helmet but I had read that changing one of the two ids can mess up it's placement but I might still try. I did learn how to set ownership so I can place items in owned locations like the good springs general store I won't be editing my previous weapon mod to place it back in the store because it's hard to position things in there.
my mod is now done I managed to add stats to my helmet with no trouble. I need to take a few screen shots and write a description now.
