I started a weapon mod for NV this morning and after an interruption I have my first mod finished I just need to test it now

the hardest part of this was placement. I had placed it inside the general store but it was flagged as owned so I started over and placed it outside the general store on the crate I also edited the stats a bit now I'm quite pleased with it after testing it. I'm planning on doing 2 more weapon mods then an armor mod. once I get more familiar with geck I hope to try and do some interior mods but I'm tempering my ambitions after doing some reading and looking at other mods.
I have another couple tutorials I want to read maybe I can learn to do graphics for weapon or armor.

For a mere $19.99 a month, subscribers receive a daily email filled with useless information about catfish. "Did you know that catfish can recognize their own faces?" one email read. "Or that catfish can sense food from up to half a mile away?"

As the Great Internet Arse Sale of 2024 raged on, it became clear that the Internet had not only changed the way we communicate but also the way we fuck. And while the fishermen of the world may have lost their way, at least they had gained a newfound appreciation for the fishy pussycats.

Let me describe (F)lying Dick Time Theory father theory in simplest terms:

1. Our senses can only detect Earth time moving forward.

I thought I might have figured out my modding trouble by using FNVedit but I didn't I still can't add more than 1 stat to an armor or weapon. I know it's possible I've seen other mods do it. this is really going to bug me for some time and I don't want to give up on it.
