- Well, Metal and I had a bit of a discussion on what happened back there. He actually allowed me (voluntarily) to modify his programming on certain key points. He realised his loyalty to the Robotnik Empire might've been absolute, but his loyalty to Robotnik was less so. His own programming defeated him, and subsequently, me.

1 - ...no. Describing something 'in a nutshell' basically means 'That's the short version of the story'.
2 - Your calculators, maybe. And very few of my machines have failed without any interference. That's barring prototypes, of course, but I expect them to fail, so as to provide me with data for the finalised version of the system. Or to just scrap the whole plan and move on.
3 - No. That would be incredibly asinine. I take inspiration from games, but it's impossible to literally take objects from a game.
4 - He would succeed, but anyone who manages to hypnotise him is pretty bloody fast himself.
5 - Yes, he does. And no, it doesn't. Chaos is not automatically evil, just as lawful is not automatically good. All it proves is a difference between order and chaos. Sonic's very unpredictability is what makes him such a powerful foe. It's not what makes him irredeemably evil, because even I can admit that he's not evil.
6 - Hrm... Difficult to say. There have been a few absolute brain meltdowns that made it to construction stage. One comes to mind that would just grab Sonic. Not do anything else, it'd just hold on to the Hedgehog for a short while and then let go again. I'm still not sure what I was thinking.
7 - Egg Dragoon II.
8 - Hardwood floor in here, actually. It's rather fetching.
