    Because after a talk with one of the operators...I couldn't find a better deal in my area.

    Even capped to 5mb occasionally, beats being capped at 2mb.

    It's supposed to be 10mb...But the free 20mb upgrade has kicked in. They might cap it at 10mb in future...

    Nothing is a subscription because all the game servers are run by the players themselves. The overhead isn't on Valve's head. All they do is index the active servers when it comes to actual gaming.

    The same reason they are capping yours...I'm allowed to dload more than you before the cap.

    I don't normally dload more than 3.5gb in a night anyway...But I used to dload more than the 750mb limit that I had on the 4mb.

    A dload that had 3 hours or so to go, went to 7 after the cap. A pissed off phone call and upgrade later... the same dload had 45 minutes remaining...

    Things like antivirus and windows updates all count...as well as grabbing the newsgroup headers before I can look at them.

    Yeah. I asked why they are being twats about it though. When it was BlueYonder they didn't give a shit what you downloaded. I liked Blueyonder. >.<
