All them servers are in the US... I'll post a screen shot later. I'm capped to 5mb atm. If I dload more than 3.5gb between 5pm and 12am, my speed is capped to 5mb for 4 hours...then it goes back to 20mb.

The fastest constant speed I've had atm is 1800kbs.
