    Default Help burning FFVII

Hey! I'm really new to burning things, so I need to know about burning FFVII onto cds.... I have some idea how to do it, but I got I tihnk 4 files out of the download for the first disc: .img , .ccd , .sub, and .cue. What are all these files for?? My big issue is this as well. CDs only hold 700MB and yet the IMG file itself is like 718MB.... how will it all fit onto the cd? and I'm supposed to put on the other files with it??? Please clarify this for me if you can! Sorry to trouble everyone!

Those files are images of a cd. Burn the images using that.

Oh I know that they're of cds...I tried to burn the image using cloneCD but the PS2 didn't recognize it... Is there anything I can do to get it to work on the PS2? or do I have to use an emulator?

for it to work on your PS2 you require either a mod chip or a swop trick

emu wise ePSXe runs it rather nice

some recomend the use of 1.5.2 rather than the newest 1.6.0 for alot of square games though they seem fine to me in 1.6.0 using pete's OpenGL plugin (OpenGL2 isn't recomended so much but can be great aswell specially if your hardware fully supports it), actually any of pete's GFX plugins are great

ok thanks! I wasn't sure what kind of emulator I'd need for it! One more question though....where do I get a mod chip?
