like beth games. started playing the turok 3 remaster yesterday made it to the second boss and quit I forgot how bad that game was on N64 the last time I played it. getting 2 shotted by most normal enemies and having too few health kits around isn't fun and this was on easy the game also has auto save only.
today I started playing generation zero so far it feels like an open world survival half-life 2 this game also has an auto save and it's hard to tell when it does save because the icon is quite small in the upper right hand corner and save pretty fast.
the game isn't bad so far but after coming off dying light it feels slow. in GZ you're not overwhelmed by enemies you can mostly avoid combat, you have some form of fast travel you also have vehicles there's also no stupid ass durability system though I don't why they'd think a wooden baseball bat would be an effective weapon against robots armed with guns.

I feel the need to rant. no one needs to reply or even read this. I am fucking sick of hearing about black friday sales and not even just that the amount of sites that shill for the big guys is just sickening anymore.
most of the online retail space is no where near as good as it once was they have little to no competition left they don't even have to make an effort and people will still buy shit from them. while I'm on the subject of things I'm sick of. I'm really fucking sick of Christmas being touted like it's the only fucking holiday and shoved down out throats for months by the time it's Dec it's already getting the fucking boot.
here in the US you have 2 fucking holidays before X-mas 1 of those being Thanksgiving and that one barely gets a mention anymore. I miss the days when we didn't start thinking about X-mas until after Thanksgiving.
