Back in the SOR days I was near death from bronchitis and pneumonia caused by flu. I kept telling people in the chatbox that I was going to die and without Vamp reassuring me that I wasn't there would have been no hope for survival, told Vamp that I was listening to Stayin' Alive on a loop because it would be a funny way to die then in the process started feeling better so I looked it up and it has healing properties in clinical trials because the beat syncs with the heart rhythm and stimulates blood flow for the antibodies boosting the immune system. So, if you're ever sick from an infection I can attest to the curative powers of the Bee Gees and there is no funnier way to die anyway.

And yes, I like the Bee Gees. If I didn't I'd probably be dead a long time ago. How's that for irony, stayin' alive because of Stayin' Alive?

I will admit I did like the DQ battle system better due to it's true turn based nature. after finishing 7 on psx I don't know if I can go back to that series besides whatever one I didn't finish on ds.
Yeah DQ7 was way too damn long. My favorite is 8 but it is pretty long as well.

DQ7 is a pretty long game. I do like DQ8 as well. The most recent one 11, I think is good too. The 3DS version of DQ7 attemps to add some QoL improvements over the original PSX version.

    Aahh, aahh, aahh, aahh..

Yo, it’s the Dragonborn, straight outta Skyrim,
Breathin’ fire, spittin’ flames, ain’t nobody trying him.
From the streets of Whiterun to the peaks of High Hrothgar,
Shoutin’ “Fus Ro Dah,” knockin’ foes real far.

Dragonborn, Dragonborn, legend in the streets,
Shoutin’ down dragons, bringin’ heat with the beats.
From the hood to the hold, we rise and we grind,
With the soul of a dragon and a warrior’s mind.

Got my shouts on lock, Thu’um game strong,
Enemies tremble when they hear my song.
From the crypts of Sovngarde to the halls of the Greybeards,
I’m the hero they fear, the one everybody reveres.

Ain’t no Thalmor, ain’t no bandit gonna stop me,
Got the blood of the dragons, ain’t nobody top me.
From the streets of Riften to the plains of Whiterun,
I’m the Dovahkiin, the chosen one.

    https://nukesdragons.com/skyrim/db/c...-builds/knight

Yes but the knight build for Skyrim doesn't destroy every opponent by not giving them a chance to even attack or cast a spell.

Shut people and animals down with a Calm spell, take a leisurely stroll to get behind them, hit them with power attack with two-handed weapon to the backside of their head, if they survive the first one they have to turn around and just keep swinging for the free second hit to finish them off. With Berserker Rage from behind that way you become a deleter of enemies. Use Illusion dual-cast if opponent is too powerful to calm, use steel weapons and armor to improve them to buff your offense and defense. As you level up past level 11 just add more perks to Two-handed, Smithing, and Heavy Armor. You can eventually build the knight with those perks but without block or one-handed. I call it the Mindfucker.

    Build: https://nukesdragons.com/skyrim/char...41i11i21i51i31

I got the idea for a Controller character from DC Universe Online. That type of character uses status effects to disable opponents and control the battlefield. In Skyrim the equivalent would be an orc with those perks as a psychic brawler like Martian Manhunter. Facing a pure knight build or knight NPC the fight is over before it began because you can't block the mindfuck.

did a quick run on FO NV it was running good. I think my cpu has been running hot for quite a while and I didn't realize it. I could still use a new gpu and SSD.
I was also playing that new DKC X Mario hack earlier it's crazy seeing mario in DKC some of the ? block placements make no sense the first necky boss was kind of annoying instead of the tire it had a vertical moving platform to jump off of and neckys speed was increased(so was the beavers)

Yeah 11 is a nice game too. My main issue with 3DS DQ7 is it actually shortens the start of the game too much to where it doesn't make a ton of sense imo. The start of the PS1 version is definitely going to be a turn off for a lot of people though so I get it.

Oh yeah I forgot they made the beginning of DQ7 on the 3DS shorter. The beginning in the PS1 version is much longer.
