Next I'll use the RTS mod to build a hookah bar roach motel inn. I am using the Live Another Life alternate start to own Shoal's Rest Farm for passive income as I build, it has every strain of marijuana and one marijuana tree of each strain, replaced the pines and the weed trees give more shade. It's a village with a player home at the top of the mountain behind the farm and you can see the entire farm from that vantage point to react to attacks from that overlook. Took a long time, it's built like a Fallout settlement, has stairways and railings and it's a fortified stockade with a gate. Service personnel, guards, cows, goats, chickens, a tame mammoth, five mammoth cheese bowls, apiaries for honey, planted vegetables, dragon breath moonshine still, all the crafting stations, and so many details I can't mention them all. Suffices to say I don't have to leave the farm unless I want to fish in the river nearby. I'll record video after finishing touches.
