PlasticMan does look like it was better than Vimm. Well emulation is under attack right now. So that's not good.

They can only do so much since legal precedent was already set and Nintendo and etc. use and sell emulated content themselves. They do have the money to bury things over time or bankrupting them .

It wouldn't be all that surpirsing if emulation does go underground or on the deep web. Especially with the way things are now.

After decades of studying primatology, I've realized that trying to understand what goes on in the minds of crazy shrinks is like trying to figure out why sane people have leaders—it's all monkey business and absolutely bananas!

Castlevania and Metroid are basically interchangeable in game mechanics. I've been thinking of making a Metroid 64 ROM hack for a long time with Justin Bailey code Samus, Metroid 64 doesn't exist but Castlevania does, it can be decompiled and assembled as a PC game. Thing is that Nintendo will not allow it to be hosted and it would probably be a waste of effort and time.

Part of the problem is homebrew and people that can outdo the developers of a franchise, they should hire people not sue them. But who said who is stifling innovation, a superlitigous corporation? Make money with products, costs less than court fees and a standing army of lawyers. I should be Nintendo of America CEO and do like Prince legally change my name to copyright symbol.

I have this obsessive thing with Samus, bordering on a tulpa summons that brings her into reality as a thoughtform. She's taller than you, 6'5" and 6' 9" in her suit. She's very flexible, just imagine the positions. If/when we develop Androids they should be made with programmable matter catoms like the shape-shifting terminator in T2 and I get first dibs on a Samus model that can curl up into a ball as my bodyguard and anatomically correct sex experiment specimen. Not to sexualize Samus but to love her more than I already do.
