I'm going to play as Fighter/Barbarian/Ranger/Cleric with Trickery Domain combined with racial stealth bonus and Destruction domain to stack berserk with Fury spell that makes entire party berserk.

The same formula can be applied to any race's favored class, hobgoblin's is Fighter. NWN2 permits you to have 4 classes, which is not allowed by AD&D 2nd Edition rules. Barbarian/Ranger/Cleric with the first class favored by race any class at level 1 if human, it's OP because your secondary classes has Minsc's berserk as a Ranger, higher HP per level than Minsc every Barbarian level, Barbarian fast movement Minsc does not have in Ranger armor and clerical domains as a spellcaster that heal, summon, go Invisible to heal with Trickery domain as well as a selection of Illusion spells and stealth special ability. I have changed my mind because a human Wizard/Barbarian/Ranger/Cleric has access to arcane and divine spells and more skill points to allocate with high intelligence than all other races in D&D.
