I must take it for a spin regardless, if it is based on SSF it has the same compatibility list to test if it's based on it. SSF is closed source, therefore it might be based on Mednafen that only runs Saturn and is not multi-system.
Cotton Tribute was the game that had the emu inside. With the old conversion tool for 9.00fw I did a Resident Evil conversion (Saturn version is different to PSX), I used SSF on a spare PC for testing so I could mod the config for the PS4 emu. I can't share the results in this forum as we don't allow PS4 games here. Used PAL Saturn game for conversion in the end, it was less buggy than trying to get the US version running well. The only thing wrong with the result was the options screen is pretty much blank, which doesn't really matter so much as the emu itself has an options menu (via DS4 sensor pad) so you can remap buttons.

SSF generates a config file when you run a rom. The config will be different based on what settings you adjust in the emu.

My initial tests with US dump I had graphics issues with characters (3D) etc, backgrounds (2D) were pretty much ok for the most part.

I'm not going to appeal anything or even acknowledge it, whoever thinks I'm sane is crazy. This country's paper pushers are all aces short of a full deck.

Retirement age is getting pushed higher here every few years or something like that. By the time I'm 70 I'll still be working and looking forward to retirement.

Meanwhile, the French are outraged that retirement age is being pushed up to less than what it is here atm

Being accused of being sane, that's what I call a whopper. I'd like to see what happens if I'm forced out of retirement though, they must want me to hold them responsible for the outcome.

Yeah, by the current standards apparently you aren't insane enough. Which is why I mentioned the shit about retirement here.
Standards are changing but crazy or old wealthy people don't have to worry about the changes.

Me having to do a 9 to 5 in an office full of paper pushers thinking I'm sane, what could possibly go wrong? Maybe the people that are not insane enough sending me paperwork telling me I'm sane now were forced out of retirement themselves, would explain the bureaucrazy. Idiocracy is my favorite documentary.

You're likely to get something really stressful and/or hard physical work, pushing you to the breaking point mentally. When you finally snap and do something really terrible they'll look back and say "there were some warning signs but we had no idea he was going to do this"

I'm thinking of quitting one of my jobs because I'm just tired and stressed all the time. Need to find something else though before I do

No, no. I'm sane now and will be their boss where they push paper.

The TP they sent me to tell me I'm sane listed a 1-800 number to appeal their decision. Appeal? I want to take their job. Accounting, business administration and sociology degrees in my resume. Maybe I'm overqualified, I'm sane now though and raring to come out of retirement. On hold now to speak with the other sane people.

Edit: they hung up on me despite the calm and logical discourse. Long wait times but will not cease to unappeal by phone.

Edit: they asked me for my email address, it's [email protected] and I want to supervise them.

Edit: this is a shortlist of what the Social Security Administration says I'm currently and miraculously cured of:

    Affective disorders
    Anxiety disorders
    Personality disorders
    Psychotic disorders

If I'm the sane one, they're crazier than me. Nothing would please me more than to volunteer as an administrator at their lunatic asylum.

A federal administrator called me to apologize just now and told me to call my local office to correct the problem. They're not all crazy apparently. And apparently only in South Florida would I be considered sane, compared to everyone else here no doubt. Especially within its paper pushing bureaucrazy since there are so many retirees.

Edit: calls to my local office are being forwarded to the Washington office I just applied to be an administrator of now that I'm sane and overqualified. Insanity is calling them again to volunteer as a business logistics pundit and help them during a disaster by correcting their run-around flowchart over and over again. I've been trying to find info on what the cause of The Apocalypse is on the national level at the moment, it's supermassive black hole of fathomless and endless debt apocalypse feedback loop AFAIK.

Either paper pushers think I'm stupid just because I'm crazy or they're gaslighting, either way they don't know it's hubris.

Guns N' Roses covered a song about people too busy trying to harm you for you to able to help them and not getting involved in saving them from themselves in an inevitable conclusion of life and just giving up to not have a mental breakdown.

Over and out for now, see you next bat-time and same bat-channel here on this belfry planet more batshit than guano.

Misanthropy is actually quite frequently born of care, disquiet, an intense (some might say, hypersensitive) response to the ineradicability of human misery, radical injustice, the flagrant and irremediable evils of the world.
Humans are the only organisms on Earth fully aware of inequality, suffering, abuse, evil and the bureaucracy justifying every injustice in this world who then have the capacity to be well-adjusted to it while the ones who cannot stomach such a society are considered the cynical misanthropes with no faith in humankind. Misanthropy is a misnomer, you must first like what humanity is doing to have faith in it with ICBMs pointed at everyone and everything on the planet to write up a list of species not endangered on this planet. Altruism is commonly a thesaurus antonym, no altruist can live in this world and not hate what humans are doing to it. We define everything as clear-cut high contrast black and white with no grey area in between, which has no basis in reality outside of what we want reality to be to impose our will upon it when no sapient person would accept such fiction affecting reality which is independent of our interpretation of it and what we desire it to be at the top of a food chain where larvae and vultures get last dibs. There are misanthrope altruists who do not want a permanent society in an impermanent life which perpetuates its ills well past the time their fossilized remains turn to dust just as mountains do. If a person is civil they don't want thousand year old plus human civilizations running amuck with a history of societal ills of the past affecting the present or the future indefinitely as a nuclear and biological weapon stockpile accumulates daily to obliterate 40 planets when you only have to do it once to get the job done. An altruist cares about all living things and not just humans destroying a world worms are fertilizing that would not exist as a living planet without insects(i.e. bees) pollinating.

It's also insane to live in a society you're utterly alienated from willingly, but unfortunately there's no other planet to get away from it and you're forced to adjust to it losing your sanity in the process all the while stigmatized for being crazy as just another bipedal bat in the belfry.
