    Genuine HD-DVD is either 15GB or 30GB. Most retail releases I've seen are 30GB but there's usually extra content there plus audio tracks.
    So you strip away everything to just the movie and maybe some subtitles, lower the bitrate for audio and video and then squeeze it onto DVD9.

    That's horrifying
    *PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

    It's 1080p content on DVD9, there's another way to do it but not all BD players will play the other sort.
    These bootleg DVD9 HD-DVD's should play on just about any HD-DVD player even the Xbox 360 addon.
