You can get new drives from China very cheap but you might need to swap in the old drive board.Got a 360 E in a trade and the damn disc drive doesn't work.
Not really worth it though, 360's fully working are very cheap. Think I have 4 atm, only have 1 working fat now and pretty sure I have an E.

Really, anything can become an obsession. But i'm pretty fine being a gamer: i spend lots of time with my family, i play lots of games and i'm living happily.
If i were like my grandpa, it's a problem, i will never be like that.
