I know jack recommended torchwood when I was asking about old british scifi got around to looking for it today now that I finished s1 of battlestar all I'm finding is a 2005/06 show I though it was old(70's or 80's).

Yeah, it's not that old. I mentioned Torchwood since it's a Doctor Who spin-off.

I do not like gmails new look not only that but now it takes longer to load. just another case of "if it aint broke don't fix it" there was nothing wrong with the old look and it functioned just fine.

that looks horrible. there is an option to go back to classic look just had to find it.

I've always used it. Don't care what it looks like it's much faster.
But tbh I don't access my main gmail account that way I use an email client on my PC.
I only use browser access for some old junk emails for site logins.

I had to move to an online email years ago because my pc client would never configure right and my isp were douches about it.

I don't understand why your isp would have anything to do with using gmail with client software. An isp provided email yes, there might be issues with that but gmail has nothing to do with them.

no this was an isp provided email and I was using micrsofts client(whatever it was called)

Client doesn't need refreshing.
As I said I only use browser access for alt junk emails so auto-refresh is irrelevant.
