Plenty of ISPs have caps in the US. Some throttle once you pass their data limit and others charge you.

I'm curious if Data Cap is a Europe thing. I haven't been outside of Minnesota much since internet became mainstream. Even since the days of dial-up I have not heard of a data cap from any ISP in this area.

Although we do have weak ping speeds and low end DL/UL speeds.

It's a thing in Canada too. Different plans and such. I got the lowest one, I could get unlimited if I wanted to pay more.

I do not like gmails new look not only that but now it takes longer to load. just another case of "if it aint broke don't fix it" there was nothing wrong with the old look and it functioned just fine.
