Yeah no problem for me. Keys are fairy easy but I did read the manual for power off (sleep mode) and some other functions.
Menu navigation and playing/pausing/stopping videos is easy I figured all that out myself.

so I got a response to my refund request. the guy wants to give me a partial refund and let me keep the ps3 I think I might go for it depending on the amount.

got an answer about the partial refund $25 considering what I paid for it(which I overpaid)I'm not even getting half my money back at that price.

I'd play hardball on that. Odds are they knew it was borked and they don't want to lose shipping on it (once or possible twice depending on what eBay does).

I'd ask for $25 and another broken unit for parts, or full refund or replacement. Sounds like a screw-job and the seller should get -rep.

I already told him I wanted more back for it. it wasn't worth what I paid for it even with the controller(which is a piece of crap has a huge deadzone on the left stick when moving it directly left) if I don't get the higher amount and keep the unit I'm going for a full refund even if ebay has to steep in.
