so I got a response to my refund request. the guy wants to give me a partial refund and let me keep the ps3 I think I might go for it depending on the amount.

got an answer about the partial refund $25 considering what I paid for it(which I overpaid)I'm not even getting half my money back at that price.

I'd play hardball on that. Odds are they knew it was borked and they don't want to lose shipping on it (once or possible twice depending on what eBay does).
