I don't really understand what you're trying to do
You mention PS2 and PSX2PSP...PS3 can play all of what you mentioned (although PS2 compatibility is more limited than the other two mentioned, depends what console model you're using though) but I still don't understand why you want multiple games in one file.
Spoiler warning:
are you trolling? i want to play ff7 from one file, not four
No you can't the PSX can only handle CD's there is not enough space on a CD to fix data from 2 or more CD's
Same for PS2 with DVD games and would take some serious hacking to make the multi DVD games run from a DVD DL disc asides from the PS2 having a poor laser for reading such media, aother option though it to use a PS2 HDD with the older model of PS2 (USB drives are too slow or rather the PS2's USB port is slow)
The PSP though can handle larger file data and some games have been done so can be played via the system directly not from UMD though, PSX games on the PSP can be done from one lot of data but you still need to tell it to change CD at CD change points

No I'm not, I was wondering what you were trying to do as I could make little sense of it.
PSP and PS3 can do that. I'm assuming Vita & PS TV can too.
Out of all those PSP is probably the easiest to mod, but you'd need to invest in decent storage capacity (Pro duo to dual micro SD adaptor is the best value setup).
I actually have FF7 (and some other PSOne Classics) working on my spare PS3 running 4.70 OFW...I did throw in a larger HDD but I haven't spent any money on that particular console at all.
Spoiler warning:
Even though this is everything "console" I took this as combining the iso's as one playable file to run on an emulator without having to switch discs (which I don't know is even possible btw) even though psx2psp was mentioned. Some clarification is def needed.
The answer is still no, no matter of the method of play all instances would still require a disc change being made
The Wii however has a cool hack for GameCube games that has an auto change disc but still used separate iso files (that is on real hardware for clarification)
There are some of the games that did get a PC release though and those can be played from one set of data files using the usual methods
