Make sure you have installed PJ64 via an installation pack rather than from a zipped PJ64 exe
Install the following runtime packages

Make sure you reboot your PC after installing those
Then try PJ64 again
If the error remains, uninstall PJ64 and use the installer from http://forum.pj64-emu.com/showpost.p...1&postcount=31 to re-install it
