Copy the file and put it in the folder with ePSXe.exe and the emulator should work after that. If you need to find the file you can search for it on Google, download and be sure to run antivirus/anti-spyware on it before you unzip the files.

Do not use that plugin with windows 7 and up over it is for older operating systems you want the WNT/W2K core one instead

From looking at your picture you're choosing to run CD. If you don't have an optical drive of course this won't work.

Run ISO instead and choose your game file.

As above though run CD should also work providing you actually have a CD drive and a PSX disc in it

    [Quest Packs Collection]
GTA San Andreas - Hot Coffee [COMPLETE]

this started when i realized maybe my emulator misses some cutscenes of the games, but im not totally sure if there is a bin/iso problem or an emulator's problem
and i was finding an alternative way to load the games, in youtube one guy explains loading the isos with the cdrom could fix some troubles with the games

SORRY for my english, im not a native speaker but i try to explain as the best i can!

Hmm it's possible you have a game with the cutscenes/fmv ripped. Back in the day this was done (albeit rarely) to save space when downloading speed/sizes made a difference.

    What game again?

Running from the CD or ISO "shouldn't matter" for this. But you should run the game from the .cue file instead of the .bin.

To run an iso using run CDROM you will need a virtual CDROM drive. Daemon Tools Lite is commonly recommended for this. Once you have it installed you should see an icon at the bottom that you can click and Quick Mount. Find the folder your games are in and select your game. Then in ePSXe you may need to configure your CDROM plugin to run from the virtual drive.

You might try looking up an older version, such as 1.9.0, or switch to another emulator like Retroarch as Warrior suggested.

the game is Metal Gear Solid for PSX, spanish version, downloaded from emuparadise, i have tried the english version and it misses the same cutscene as the spanish version does

i mean the cutscene from 0:00 to 3:20

im really annoyed because im always thinking "maybe im missing something important about the game im playing" and i have to watch on youtube if there is a missing cutscene or all it's ok

well i will try the retroarch emulator...

    thanks for the all responses!

Odd let me test that for you, I am reasonably certain you can skip the scene though it should still play, it's been a long time since I played that version as I have the GameCube version that is basically a visually improved version MGS2 graphics over the original MGS game

P.S. try software rendering while you wait for my test results or the settings outlined at http://psxdatacenter.com/games/P/M/SLES-01734.html

EDIT the cut plays just fine in ePSXe with the (S) version of the game (Pressing START with skip it though) so once you press O on start new game and press O on the difficultly select do not press anything and the intro will play but if you press START it will cut to the Radio scene
