    You could always buy a pre owned Saturn and an Action Replay 4M Plus and either use a swap trick or use a simple swap trick and flash the AR4M+ with a little mod called PSEUDO that allows direct booting of backups

    I am not sure what options the arcade version has in it's dip switch setting/bios setup for mame you get most options from Tab and F2 if I remember correctly, might be worth seeing if you can find a manual for the arcade version

    edit manual attached, jump to page 16 (the numbered page is actually 13 it's just the 16th page is page 13 if you get my meaning)

    what about the psx port that was the last released version of the game just after the Saturn version
