FAKE!!!! I just went on PCSX2 just now and the latest is STILL 1.2.1, nowhere even CLOSE to this so called 1.3.0 so it's probably VIRUS!!!!

In the first post there is a section with the heading DOWNLOAD > PCSX2 Package. Under that there are about 8 different download links (you just need to choose one) but I only checked the ul.to link and it seems ok.

You should read the whole first post carefully.

by the way this violates the rules of pcsx2,if you want to post this you have to remove dll,remove the extras,and overall remove bios because is illegal.

o.O hm, i'm a little surprised to see theres been no changes in the past 5 days. then again, i usually only grab the latest copy from here http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/index.php once every month or so, so i'm not too concerned. though i wouldn't go so far as to say this emulator is at version 1.3.0 yet since its still 1.2.1 according to the build list.

This is somewhat out of date anyway, but the 1.3.0 build # reference was internal the external reference was still 1.2.1 built # at the time

Make what you like from that though

1.3.1 is now in the SVN's

1.3.0 was never listed correctly in the SVN, 1.3.1 was purely released in SVN to correct this though there are a couple of minor updates done since also

Officially there are no sets like this

but all you need is the bios and the emulator

SVN is released as source code only so you would need to build that yourself

I did do a quick google though "PCSX2 SVN MAC" and found a couple of SVN builds for Mac but nothing as recent as this one for windows

It was 0.9.9 from back in 2002... PCSX2 SVN r5135

For emulation a PC is still a much better machine to own, but only because of the support for building emulators is there more for PC than Mac

Another option is to install windows on your Mac via a virtual machine like Oracle VM VirtualBox (its free ware though you would still need a copy of Windows for that) or use another windows type enviroment

the emulator, probably. the games probably won't fit more than 1, maybe 2 unless you have a good amount of space on it. ps2 games can go up to 4-5gb/disc in some cases (or possibly around 20-50mb in the case of some of the simple 2000 games iirc).
