    So, right now, my computer is working fine (sans sleep) on Mountain Lion (10.8.5) and today, I'm going to make another attempt at setting up Mavericks (10.9.2). I say "attempt" because I wasn't able to get the graphics card working before, but now that I got it working in Mountain Lion, I'm pretty sure I can safely upgrade and keep it working.

    Worst case scenario, I have to reinstall and live forever with Mountain Lion. If that's the situation, then so be it.

    Also, I want someone to buy/give me a Magic Mouse or a Magic Trackpad. I use a MacBook Air for work and I've gotten used to the touch gestures. They're so good.
