    Morning guys!
I wish to never use 8, it's also stupid they used the GUI for the server edition! It's a server, you don't need a fancy interface!

    Hey Englebert.

Eh, in my case, it's just that 7 does what it should. 8, to me, seems unproven, and unnecessarily cumbersome with that whole Metro system (which by now is thankfully optional). I'll stick with 7, thanks.

    Hey Lash!
Indeed, sure hope I won't have to replace my PC at work. At home, I'll just stay away from it! Besides, I think it's also cumbersome for touchscreens, it's not that intuitive and then you get people saying: "Oh, it's not too bad. You have to get used to it.".
I tried it, as I've got a touchscreen laptop and I always get confused with where to go.
Here's my rant for the day.

    Fairly well, thanks.

Still busy, but the thought of weekend in about two hours sustains me.

    And you?

I'm fine, and I've got 3 hours here until weekend!
Also it's a bit sunny here, which is bloody great! Let's see if there are any Car Boot sales during the weekend.

Been using 7 Ultimate myself. Works pretty good especially once you get it set up according to ones personal preferences. Hated it at first until I did so though.

I've been using Windows 7 since 2009 now I think. Briefly used Vista on a laptop rather than XP, then when 7 came out I jumped ship.

Anyway, Windows 8.1 kicks your arse.

Oh man, ME. That was an awful OS. When that came out I actually ran out and bought a copy (upgrade version) of it.... It was promptly deleted and my old OS was restored within a week

Do you really like Win8? I'm not a big fan. I have 7 on my laptop and 8 came with my desktop.... I find that I barely even use the desktop.
