I absolutely loved the Adventure Island games, and AV3 was always my favourite. Of course, it figures that it's also the most expensive of the three.

Ah well. I bit the bullet and bought it. Hopefully I don't end up regretting this decision later. It really is a good price, though.

Hell yeah man, the Adventure island games are awesome! $50 isn't really all that bad. At least the box seems like it's in pretty decent shape.

Box is in great shape from the looks of it, and cart only copies seem to be going for ~$25-$35, depending on the day. I ain't gonna turn my nose up at a boxed copy for $50.

Now, to go back to pretending to work. And by that, I mean stare at a book for another ten minutes while my mind dances around.

It's harder to motivate myself than I thought. And I am over thinking some of these assignments and frustrating myself.

I live with a smoker. I hate it because I have asthma, and everything smells like smoke.

It's all pretty damn filthy. I can't stand smokers that don't take it outside.

Same here, although while I don't have asthma, I tend to get dizzy easily if there's smoke.
And hay fever is annoying.

And I'm too lazy to drive.

... At least it's not "too lazy to take a shortcut".

I haven't bought a game in over a week, this is normal.

The only thing that troubles me is the time limits.
Then again, the first games I've ever played was Aladdin, Adventure Island IV and some Japanese game with two rodents with a giant robot as the end boss (all for the NES) and none of those were timed. Guess that's why? Who knows...

There's a copy of Adventure Island 3 on eBay right now that I really want to buy, but I really shouldn't be spending any money. But it's a decent price. But money.

I can afford it, but I shouldn't. It's tearing me apart. Gonna wait for a couple other auctions to end, and depending how they go I might grab it.

I feel you, I've been looking at that Kabuki Klash cart for a couple days as well as the ones on NG.com. I just finally decided after a couple losing auctions that I would bite the bullet and scoop them. Should be a decent start to the beginning of my Neo Geo MVS collection.

Yeah me too that's why I didn't do it.

I try to remain patient with auctions but sometimes it does get annoying. I always find it silly when an auction ends up going for more than you could get a good condition bin for.
