Yeah, it's roughly about $200-$300 depending on condition.

Also, SFIII is an awesome game! The only rare Saturn game I own anymore.

And yes, yes it is. Should you decide to part with yours and it's CIB I'd pay you $$$. The copy I'm getting is disc only. The real annoyance now is I'll have to play the other two scenarios in Japanese.

Also, just sold an awful game I've been sitting on for months. At least I made a fair bit of money after fees. It's actually somewhat difficult to sell rare but not sought after games sometimes.

oh it's NM CIB, but I don't think I'll part with it anytime soon. In fact I've been thinking about expanding my Saturn collection. I think that there are at least partial fan translations for the second and third scenarios. As well as the special disc. Check Shining Force Central for info on the previously mentioned patches.
