You sure did. The locations of Morrowind etc have all been on your disc since release, but they have secretly been adding to them with each update.
(I use the word secretly lightly since hackers on youtube have been hacking their characters into these places for awhile now. They simply had no NPC's or any interactive objects.)
This next DLC unlocks it ALL.
