Gonna try Arena if I ever feel like it.
Dun do it!, seriously bad idea. Because of the ram allocation the PS3 will get glitchier and glitchier as you play. Some people (weirdly) enough don't experience the problems, this whole PS3 affair is a huge PR crisis for Beth
, Arena and Dawnstar are MUCH more difficult then the other three. Oh and even with DOSbox the games are not working on my PC
Anyway,

But the game isn't revolved around the shooting aspect, and it's just an Non Linear(open world/sandbox) Action Role Playing Game with bows, which is not unheard of xP,
Another thing that really annoys me is when people call Third Person Shooters a FPS, at least they got the S part right, :shrugs: I am just really finicky with the appropriate usage of words, or terms or abbreviations.

Plus I dunno if they've managed to fix it so DLC's will work.
So PC or 360 are the best options really.
If you haven't tried Morrowind give it a shot...lots of mods and it'll run on older hardware.
Even if you use a standard version you'll have access to levitation spells, which is pretty cool.
Games older than that require dosbox iirc

I've got them all here somewhere, but it's been a while
The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard is another interesting one, but more third person action/adventure (you have a fixed character, no customisation).
I don't know why but I can never get into Morrowind, to slow I guess :shrugs:, mah ADHD can't handle it.
REPENT! FOR I AM THE END OF TIMES!
