I think Gyp, Shard, Beelzebub and Wyrm all speak it to varying degrees. Xena and Mushindo did too, back in the day. Mistral seems to know a little via anime, Japanese music and the like. And there are a couple of members whose names elude me who seem to post about lots of new Japanese games in the Now Playing thread. Don't know if they play them blind or not, but yeah~
