Before anyone beats me to the punch, I'm going to throw out Kefka from FFIII/VI. To quote RoboCop, "guy is a SERIOUS asshole." He's easily one of the most corrupt villains in gaming history. I'm also a fan of GlaDOS from Portal 1 and 2. No explanation needed if you've played those games.
Another villain I'm partial to would be Big Boss and Ocelot from the Metal Gear games.... mainly because they aren't really bad but totally dedicated to their cause.

Mom, from the Binding of Isaac, because she is one seriously deranged Religious nutball. A voice tells her to keep her son away from evil so she takes his gameboy and locks him in his room. Then she comes back and tries to kill him.
Also, Christopher Columbus. Because chimookomans don't belong here.

Johan or Johan Liebert to be exact. I love this villain because he is the most genius and the most evil villain of all in my honest opinion. No other villain in this world, not even Hitler can beat his evilness.

Magus- He's a badass with a tragic story. I can't help hating, but at the same time root for him.
Ganon- He's king of Gerudos and he'll be ruler of Hyrule no matter what.

Because of a ummm recent movie which prompted me to again go through the Infinity comics I have to pick this guy. Not exactly a villain in the normal sense but I think he's pretty cool.
Always liked Apocalypse and Magneto too.
As for games I have no idea. Seeing as I don't pay much attention to story lines in games anymore (I just play) It's hard to pick especially after playing games for 30 years. How about the opposite paddle in Pong?

Gotta go with Gannon from LOZ... not because hes all that great of a villan (low impact in the games rarely has a large role other than the very end)... but because I really enjoy kicking his buttvery enjoyable to fight...
New Villain: GlaDoS from portal 1. I so enjoyed her monolog.
Old Villain: Rival from Pokemon Red

"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
