We used to all post in the regular hangout threads.

People frequently were just too intimidated to post or frequently tried to stupidly derail a discussion by behaving like children. And then frequently there were miniature turf wars between established members and new ones. It's been months since I had to chew anyone out for being a dumbass and it's been a while since anyone pointed out that I'm full of myself and how I'm a power mad jackass. I think that alone warrants separate hangouts.

This was my thought. There are basically forum cliques that form in the various hang outs. It's obvious that not everyone will want to talk to everyone else for various reasons.

Besides, we have considerably more personal discussions in the RHO from time to time that really wouldn't go over too well in this one. I sincerely doubt you guys are interested in my complicated romantic life, my difficult professional life, my absurdly confusing familial situations, or being kept up to date on stuff that's fucking depressing as shit. Due to the different atmosphere of the RHO, it's not uncommon for people to post things that the general populous shouldn't really be aware of.

I eat real life drama threads. They sustain me.

Its nice to go somewhere where certain fools cant go. Not that I use the retro hangout that much/ever. I think the fighters hangout should have been left alone, but that counting one was just stupid. But like you said, that's the staffs bag, we may just wait and see.

Yeah it got a little ridiculous when Sword just stopped counting all together. Not that it was ever...anything but ridiculous.

Newer people (like me) < The regulars (Gypsy Shard people who could possibly become staff if say somehow 1000 people joined and posted constantly) < Then retros.
