Just Another Hang-Out: Because Unilateral Decisions Matter

Women being topless is either illegal or regulated in a lot of countries. Only a few countries maintain things like topless beaches and of those only a few allow it to go outside of designated zones. Up here I can walk down the street sans shirt, as can any woman. In some places, that'd be jail time. Although in their defense, some require the men to be wearing shirts at all times aside from designated zones too. Which makes a bit more sense.

But the whole thing is odd in a way. The indecency associated with women removing their shirt is due to social norms combined with the thoughts of the person observing it. From a logical standpoint, we should be locking people up for being perverts instead.

Laws are funny.
