Women who have become men still have the necessary internal structures to bring a child to term despite physically (and hormonally) no longer being "women" in the traditional sense. All it takes is a couple sperm and a well positioned syringe. Which says nothing of the scattered natural hermaphrodite who has juuust enough female in them to become pregnant.
