One last question and I think I'm done. Gaddock Teeg's ability reads that non creature spells with converted mana of 4 or more can't be played. When using buyback, it reads to pay an additional cost. Do you add that cost to the combined converted mana cost when playing that spell? I wouldn't think so, but I must make sure before I screw myself over in a game. I've never used him before and the legal ruling doesn't mention that.
