Well, I liked The Glorious Burden, despite the odds, but the first Something Wicked was only marginally better than the second one. Not that it's Ripper's fault, just like it wasn't Barlow's or now Block's (the new guy) - Schaffer seems out of ideas, sadly.

I forgot they have a new vocalist, I thought Barlow was still in the band

It was sad when he was gone. I listened to them occasionally, mainly because my brother listened to them. He was a great singer, sure hope is as good being a cop as his voice.

I liked him, but thought Ripper Owens was the perfect fit. Then again I am a big fan of Ripper Owens.

Yes I have, pretty much a metal super group of people that deserve more respect then most supergroups.

I follow a lot of Ripper Owens stuff, his time with Judas Priest I really liked, Iced Earth, Beyond Fear, his solo album, Charred Walls of the Damned, Dio's Disciples, Yngwie Malmsteen, and then his small stint in Wintersbane.

Not metal, they are Metalcore, and they covered 2 good Skid Row songs and ruined them.

You can tell just from the name. My brother turned me to Metal Law about a week ago, solid heavy metal band. APR, have you ever listened to Twilightning?

It's really a shame Plague-House Puppet Show was a decline from Delirium Veil, it still has some decent songs. Swinelords is to be avoided at all costs.

I oughta punch you in the throat for calling me APR

ANyways, I have some Metal Law, and I have heard of Twilightning, but not enough to make an opinion.

yeah, that band that whats his nuts brought up, covered 2 Skid Row songs that I really like, and fucking ruined them. There is very few Metalcore bands I will listen to, but 97% of them suck assholes.

Mistyped your name, sorry about that. I just avoid the whole lot of them.

At GameHelpOnline: They shouldn't try to cover Skid Row songs. They certainly aren't metal .
