I've seen videos of Terraria, and I'd much rather have Minecraft. Not only 'cause my friend bought it for me, but because it's better IMO. Minecraft is legit.

Terraria is more based on combat and exploration. Minecraft is obviously more focused on building. To be fair though, Terraria feels a lot more like a finished product, with more polish.

Zavvi are a UK company, and generally speaking, UK laws dictate a business is under no obligation to honour displayed prices.

A price tag on an item is known as an "invitation to treat". You offer the retailer the price on the tag, and if they're happy with that, they accept it by taking your money. Zavvi don't charge cards until items have been dispatched, which means there has been no acceptance on their part until your order is in the post, thus there is no contract prior to that point.

Still it must carry some weight they have been honouring some but not others
