Zavvi are a UK company, and generally speaking, UK laws dictate a business is under no obligation to honour displayed prices.
A price tag on an item is known as an "invitation to treat". You offer the retailer the price on the tag, and if they're happy with that, they accept it by taking your money. Zavvi don't charge cards until items have been dispatched, which means there has been no acceptance on their part until your order is in the post, thus there is no contract prior to that point.
