Oh. Shit, the windmill was in Chapter 7. Sorry, it all blends together, and that was the first part where I really had trouble.
Umm... I think all I did was use stun shots on the shielded guys, Wide Attacks to clear out some space, and just spam the shit out of the attack buttons. I usually did a Square x 3 + Triangle x 3, then evaded and attacked a different enemy while the other one was still kind of messed up. Also, whenever you can, try and stun more than one enemy at a time.

I have no idea how I got through that part without too much trouble... I think I only died about three or four times there. But if I remember right, I was dangerously close to death.

Definitely pick it up when you can. It's worth it, IMO.
