It's surprisingly decent.

It's a pretty sharp departure from the games, but it kind of works.

It's pretty much several hours of Dante walking around not giving a fuck in between bouts of eating strawberry sundaes and hitting things.

It's not that great, but it was better than I expected.

Well just keep guarding and hit them when it's safe. There's not much more to it really. You have unlocked the skill that shows enemies in different colours depending on what they do, right? That helps a lot knowing when to guard.

Blade is voiced by Akio Ohtsuka (Gabranth/Solid Snake, etc.). That alone was reason enough to watch it.
