GT5 isn't even the best racing game on PS3.

I'd have to say Dirt 2/3 are my favourite racing games on PS3, just because I love rallying so much.

I haven't done much rally on GT but its definitely not my favorite kind. Recommend me some games!

buying serial codes and plotting them in to Steam so I get full steam support. with 1/3 of the prices.. wild!!

I thought it was great. Gymkhana and DC challenges I'm a bit meh about, but they weren't bad. The rallying itself is fantastic.

...I am a Codemasters fan boy though.

Also, I want GRID 2. I hope they're making a sequel.

F1 2010 is fantastic if you like F1 and are into your racing sims.

Race Driver GRID would probably be my favourite PS3 racing game if it had trophies. Loved that game!

There's also the likes of Blur and Split Second if you want good arcade racers and not simulators.

I think it was the interminable screen-navigation coupled with the loading times. The actual gameplay was decent (even if it felt a bit slippery compared to Dirt 2) but you had to actually make it that far first.

The race selection screen I didn't really like, those pyramid type things are lame. I got over it though. I think the best race selection was in Dirt 1 or GRID. Simple and easy.

Loading times aren't an issue with the PS3 version. You've got the PC version I presume?
