Sleep is productive? I think not.

You could use the Grinch method. Though it may result in some memory loss as well.

    If only.

Instead it's more "this is your body size. You're more or less stuck with it, have fun".

    The exercise, it does nothing.

Aside from knock an inch or two off my waistline.

    Which is hardly noticeable.

I'm afraid the only hammer I have on hand is far too heavy to work well with something like that.

Couldn't you substitute a wall or something?

Hm. I can lose weight fairly easily.

It's just actually staying motivated and disciplined that's the issue.

And food is just so tasty.

Ugh, starving. Need to scrounge something up as a late night snack. Tea just isn't cutting it.

Not with a head as hard as mine you can't.

The walls are the only thing that'll take damage.

    That it is.

    I blame the french.

Why the hell do they have to make such delicious pastries?

    The italians don't help.

    DELICIOUS CARB OVERLOAD.

And then just to top it all off:

Someone had to get the brilliant idea to invent bacon.

Bacon I'm not so fond of.

It's the sweets and munchies that get me when I'm not even remotely hungry.

I just get bored and eat.

Obviously, I need to lock myself in a small room with only cold water and some video games and I'd be set.

Until someone mentioned something tasty-sounding anyway.

Assuming you killed him in your sleep.

    Then again, so was I...

The proof is in the sleep pudding.

Clearly the trick is to never get bored.

Alternatively, find a variety of chocolate that is not delicious.

I think the former is easier, to be honest.
