NWN2 (which I have the Gold edition of) was developed by Obsidian, published by Atari. I actually had Bioware in the post originally but edited it to Obsidian after getting up and checking the box, then Wikipedia. I think Bioware's only involvement in the second was licensing, but I could be horribly wrong there.

Currently, It's Tan, Ray, you and I. This will likely change as shit breaks down into a clusterfuck.
We're going to start out level 1, so that's not an issue.
We don't know when. Hopefully today we iron out all the connection issues we tend to have when we start these, and get concrete dates and shit down later.

Gold should come with everything, and to my knowledge, the last patch was 2.28 (If you find a more recent one, tell me) but yeah, that should be everything.
