It's actually a lot lower. You could get by with something like 15.

It's all dependent on how it's handled.

(Most movies don't even hit 30 FPS. The standard film speed is ~17-20 FPS)

Actually, on that note most of my LP videos are locked at 30.

Alone in the dark runs at about 30 natively and I recorded at something like 16 FPS.

No one noticed.
