    Yes there is.
Even though the second one IS a prequel, i would still recommend playing the first one....first
In the second one you get to use....damn, whats his name .....the main characters wings to dash around the screen, instead of walking everywhere.

    Also, my Japanese is terrible.
I havent actually spoken it in close to a year, 'cause no one around here would understand....

I knew an arrangement of it at one point. My hands might still remember. I suck at piano too, though. I can play some difficult pieces and give the impression that I'm good, but my technique is shocking and I have like no knowledge of musical theory, so the second someone puts music in front of me and asks me to play I fall apart and have to read every bar reaaaaaally slowly.

I got lessons for a year when I was 7 with really beginners stuff and can just about read sheet music I just have no practice at all.

Are you sure you being unable to play in front of people quickly is you just being you and not related to your skill on the piano. You did say you could play Chopin Nocturne No.2 after all.

Yeah, I have an Associate's Degree in computer programming. I also went to technical school while in high school, and got ASE certified in auto mechanics. For my current job, I had to get Universal EPA Certification for HVAC (heating/air conditioning).

Aren't they always? I swear Wakamoto enjoys being Barbatos so much that I'm honestly not sure where Barbatos stops and Wakamoto begins.
I tend to do the same, except with Undubs and such, but you know that already. People jump to conclusions and say that I only like it because it's a cool incomprehensible moon-speak, but that's not even true anymore. I understand just enough of the language and the syntax for it to stop being complete moon-speak, which I'm quite thankful for.

Playing a Tales game in English does feel a bit surreal to me as well, though, especially since I was playing both Rebirth and Graces around the same time.

Oh, neat, I didn't realise you spoke a little too. Did you just teach yourself, or...?

My spoken Japanese is pretty bad too, though it's improved exponentially since starting university and meeting so many Japanese exchange students. Reading-wise I'm fairly confident with anything that doesn't throw a lot of jargon at me. Though I damn well should be after about five years of self-study and one of university.
