.....Stop using the blur tool. Either that, or stop finding shitty quality pics. Because the Yunsung on the left looks like complete shit. Also, the leaves look completely out of place with the rest of what you have going on. The blue with what appears to be light blue astral brushes looks fine as is where it's visible. The glow around the Yunsung on the right is good, but would have been better had it been visible around the entirety of him and his blade. Also, don't bother with the actual "Yunsung" text. It's unnecessary and distracting from the rest of the work that you did.

tl;dr Scale it back. Just follow the KISS principle: Keep it simple, stupid
