Two thousand five hundred words. No question, no suggested reading, no real guidance at all. Vague tutor is vaaaaaaague. I mean I know that it's a modern interpretation of this: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0ICOMj23du...%2BBlossom.jpg. And there's any number of things you can say in contrasting the two portrayals of Tokyo from different eras, but stiiiiill... Would very much prefer something more concrete. :'D

I see. I hate vague assignments like that as well.

    I'm in the same boat.

Write an essay of four pages about how Japan is fucked economically because of the Tsunami.

    Go.

'So do you want numbers, stuff why they're in a bad shape or...?"

    Four pages.

I'm sitting in page two, I ran out of ideas already, and I've got class in two hours and a half.

    I know right? <3

I just don't believe they didn't foresee that Black Ops is easy to exploit.

God, I'm glad I don't have to write essays.

Except I was talking to a nurse today who's going to UVA for the ADN to BSN program, and she was working on a 15 page paper to turn in. Just recently she had a 30 page paper to turn in, she said.

Waaaaaaah. That's like our dissertation. Some people write upwards of fifty A4 pages. Do not want. I thought taking languages would get me out of things like that.

I'm so looking forward to it.

You people with your 2500 word essays about cute pictures have it easy.

Oh, and your weird grading scales, too.

I remember when you said you got over the average of 85% or whatever it was for your latest assignment I was like wooooooow. And then you said you had to do better next time. Took a few seconds for me to clock that a 90+ there isn't...quite the same as a 90+ here. :'D

No funky letters for grades, it's only 80 or 85+ if you want to survive through a subject. My school is crazy fun.

    CRAZY MURDEROUS FUN.

Yep, I got an 88%, which is a B at least. I'm usually hovering around the line between a C and a B, which I think is 83 or 84.

I had a 4.0 GPA before I got into the nursing program. My transcript isn't going to be able to handle as much competition as it could before, by the time I'll be finished.

Ugh, so I just found out that I'm scheduled to be trained in the new computer system at the hospital from 2:00-5:00pm on Monday. Luckily, my Monday clinical is canceled next week, otherwise I'd be in clinical from 6:30am-2:00pm, then training until 5:00, then walking home.
