The worst is when you get caught in between 2 of them or one of them cuts you off so you're stuck behind them. I hate semi truck drivers that speed along and drive like they're just a normal car and they're not taking up a shit ton of space trying to pass other trucks in the fast lane. I'll drive in the car pool lane when I'm by myself just to get past semis, shit freaks me out.

This happened to me last night, when I went for a drive around 1AM. Pouring down rain on the parkway, and I was doing about 95km/h around somewhat twisting roads (not really bad, but bad enough) and a semi came up behind me, changed lanes to pass me, and whipped past at 120km/h while going around a corner.

I had to pull over and change my underwear.
