Well, I've seen people win matches in MvC2 as well as 3 where they were down to one char, and their opponent had three. X-Factor CAN really help you there, but your opponent has it too, so.. yea.. They can just pop theirs if you miraculously turn the match around. I really don't see the big deal some people make of it.

Yeah. Exactly. It takes skill even with X-Factor to make a come-back like that, it's not a game changer all on its own. Even on someone like Dark Phoenix where it's terrifyingly powerful, you can literally kill her in ONE combo or hyper, she's paper. (Sentinel is a little harder, but you can literally just super-jump over his hypers. He's fairly slow a character too.)

Id take SCIII over any MvC game all day long
