I'm like a broken record, all these game threads and what do I always mention?
Second favourite for me would go to Final Fantasy. Despite it's... less that brilliant games recently, it's still had a huge influence on me as a gamer, and I still enjoy the older games an enormous amount.
And while Robotnik is my personal top-favourite character, Sonic is by now so horribly written that I'm actually hating the bastard (Sonic, not Robotnik). Oh well, at least Sonic Colours was a good game again, at last
